01What Kompass offers

Kompass helps you organise personal Goals, break them into Milestones and take action through Steps. Steps can be recurring habits or one-off tasks. You can record your progress and add Journey images. These terms describe the conditions for using these features.

02Free to use

Kompass is free to use. These terms do not create a payment obligation or a subscription. Your internet or mobile provider may charge for data usage. Any future paid offer would require separate information and your agreement; these terms do not authorise automatic charges.

03Your account

Use an email address you are authorised to use, keep your login information secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Kompass does not impose its own minimum age. Statutory rules on legal capacity and any necessary parental authorisation remain applicable.

04Your content and responsible use

Your Goals, Steps and images remain yours. You permit us to store and process your content only as needed to provide the service. This does not transfer ownership of your content.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not use Kompass for unlawful purposes, infringe other people’s rights, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service.

05Progress, availability and your rights

Kompass is an organisational tool. It cannot guarantee that you will reach a particular goal and does not provide medical, financial or other professional advice.

Maintenance and technical faults may temporarily affect availability. These terms do not exclude or limit statutory rights, applicable obligations relating to digital products, or liability imposed by law.

06Leaving Kompass

You can stop using Kompass at any time and delete your account and data in the app. Save any information you want to keep before requesting deletion. The privacy policy explains data processing and retention.

07App Store and changes

Downloading the app through Apple’s App Store is also subject to the applicable App Store conditions. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Publishing an updated version of these terms does not by itself change an existing agreement. Changes to an existing agreement require a valid legal basis or your agreement where required.
